I completed this project over two courses. I developed it for use by new managers at Six Flags St. Louis to aid with our employee evaluation program..

Reflection
In addition to the two semesters of development, I spent several more weeks refining this project at work. This version is not exactly the version I submitted for class as I have made some changes over the last two years. It is currently in use by our management team.
