Answering Big Questions When Transitioning to eLearning
Description
This group project focused on selecting a trend in the eLearning industry and creating a report and a media presentation of the material. The three of us divided the report into thirds. My work is the introduction and the first section. This is the case with the report and the media presentation.

Reflection
My section of this report covers leading an elearning transition. This topic is something I have spent many years doing at my job so it was something I was interested in researching further. The only downside to this project was that while we all created the outline together, we basically left each other’s sections alone so I probably did not get as much out of it as I could have.
